13 Ways to Get Meseta in Phantasy Star Online 2
Sector Report / ARKS

Every ARKS want to get a lot of meseta to reinforce the equipment or maybe buy super cool fashion in Phantasy Star Online 2.

This post is about PSO2 Classic, created on the JP server at the time of publication. Please make sure to check if it's still relevant for current gameplay. Thanks!

Backstory

I'm just sharing a quick breakdown of PSO2 earnings. It might sound like a lot of effort to set up 5 characters and run the steps, but I’m going to test it out and calculate the results. Just how much Meseta is up for grabs ?

SEC01

Weekly Quest

Weekly Quests appear every week, usually this quest is reset and appears after weekly maintenance (if there is no weekly maintenance, then this quest appears just like when the maintenance day appears). You can run it according to your level requirements, for levels below 50 (before SH level) you will only get a few meseta. I suggest that you immediately go to level 50 or more and have opened the SH level so this quest will give you more meseta.

SEC02

Gacha FUN

Why should gacha FUN? because you will get lots of FUN items that you can sell, from the experience I've done, some items such as hair and room furnishings have a pretty high price if the period of the Gacha has ended.

Fun Scratch

In addition!

To getting various items, you also have the opportunity to get a ticket named "My Shop (3 Days)" that you can use to open a shop and sell your items for 3 days. So, take advantage of the maximum in selling.

SEC03

Gacha with AC or Buy Some Scratch Item

PSO2 will certainly collaborate with various anime or other games, when the collaboration event comes, if you want meseta profit make sure you buy an item that allows you to resell in the future. For example, if you buy an outfit item that is rare and only available at a collaboration event, then the future might make the outfit expensive.

AC Scratch

this might be a good time to test your luck

So, make sure that you are prepared for investment meseta if you want to make a profit in the future. But if you have a lot of AC points!

SEC04

Recruit Friends Partner

Friend Partner List

Friend Partner List

ARKS

Do you often run quests with NPCs? Or have you borrowed some player from ally terminal? In my opinion, it would be better if you take advantage of this player's loan, when you play with ally who is your friend then you will get 10 FUN each player when the quest is complete.

AISAGA

However, if the ally you have borrowed is not your friend, you will get 5 FUN per player. If you play alone or your friends are not online, you can do this with weekly quests to be more objective.

SEC05

Emergency Quest

Make sure you take the emergency quest (EQ) in this game, because EQ will give you a lot of items to drop, I suggest to follow at the UH level because drop weapons *15 will be a lot.

Specter of Destruction Emergency Quest

Specter of Destruction Emergency Quest

There are several things you can do to get meseta from this drop:

  • The first is to directly sell weapons rarity 10 or above in your shop, usually one weapon rarity 10 price is around 21,000 meseta, it's time to determine your own price. If you want to sell immediately, exchange the weapon rarity 10 or above into a Photon Sphere, but keep in mind that the Photon Sphere costs only around 11k meseta.
  • Exchange it into an Excube. You can use the Excube for other needs such as grinding and others, or you can exchange it for a Grinder and sell it directly to the NPC. (one grinder price is 400 meseta)
  • Reduce the weapons that you have and then sell the material according to market prices. The price of the resulting material from reduced weapons varies greatly, please check and make sure your price is suitable for the market.
  • Make sure you pay attention to the affix drop from the unit or weapon, if there is an expensive affix, don't throw it away, and sell it immediately.
SEC06

Limited Quest and Subquest Excube Farming

If you want to get additional excubes, you can run Limited Quests that are held at certain events, don't forget to bring boosts and playing with friends will be even better.

Enhancer Limited Quest

Enhancer Limited Quest

If there are no limited quests, you can run several subquests such as Divide Quest, Ultimate Quest or other quests such as Trigger.

SEC07

Yerkes Quest

Have you met Yerkes?

if not, immediately visit him! talk to him, then you will be presented with several quests that you can take with quite a lot of meseta prizes. Yerkes is a man (maybe a bit old) always at the franka's cafe on the first floor.

Meet the Mesetan!

ARKS

Who is Mesetan?

AISAGA

He is one of the ultra-rare enemies, shaped like a yellow meseta with the driver (?) or someone dressed like a king inside. He appears by bringing a number of meseta that will drop a lot. If you take the meseta drop, you will get a lot.

SEC09

Play Quest on PSO2 Days

PSO2 Days is a day where all quests get boost, this event takes place usually at the beginning of every month starting on the 2nd day and for premium users, you will also enjoy this event on the 22nd (cmiiw). For those of you who want to find meseta in the dungeon, be sure to play and don't forget to use meseta boost.

SEC10

Daily Quest with Meseta Reward

Besides weekly quests, there are also daily quests. what I mean by the daily quest here is the daily Client Order from NPC, which is Fina. There are various types of quests provided by Fina, you can choose as you like, but if you want to get a meseta I suggest taking one with a meseta above 100,000. if you can't finish the same day, you can pile it up and you finish the next day, the most important thing is to claim the quest first because the daily client order from Fina will change at 01:00 am (PDT) every day.

Quick Note

In certain circumstances, a quest called "Suppress: Bar Lodoses" will appear with a VH level where you will get a meseta prize of 240,000 after successfully completing the quest.

SEC11

Bonus Key Quest

The Bonus Key Quest will be felt when you run it together with the pso2 days boost. To find more excubes and meseta, you can choose the Kazuchi Assault or Tokyo Rainbow Keys. Keep in mind that "using a tokyo rainbow will be very useful if you are level 80 and above", because the experience you will get also increases. Oh, and you can meet Mesetan enemy here, so don't forget to use all the boosts that you have.

SEC12

Affix Seller

For those of you who like farming, this might be the easiest way to get meseta, please collect material for the affix then you go to Monica or Dudu, complete the currently popular affix for you to sell on the market. Set the price, and enjoy the income from selling affixes.

SEC13

Returner and Modulator

Maybe this method is one of the ways you can do it, first you run a quest in Time Attack, in the experience I have done, i always choose TA : Harkotar, do it a few times, if you are lucky, then you will enter the abduction area, this is where you get the opportunity to farm Returner and Modulator

Final Thoughts

Ok! Maybe this is all I can give you for now. Hopefully, these tips help you rack up that fast Meseta in Phantasy Star Online 2. Happy farming, and see you~
